Our process is similar to applying for a loan, we use some of the same information, however, we don't turn you down,   here's how our program works

1.  You fill out the simple application providing us with a much information as you can about your
     current situation.
2.  We do an anaylsis of your current situation whether the problem is credit, downpayment, income
     or any other circumstance.
3.  We provide you with a written pre approval and guidelines you need to follow in order to change or
     correct your current situation.
4.  We then work with you whether it would be to clear up your credit report and drive up your credit
     score...Or help you to establish new credit,  (we work with many reputable companies that help
     you establish new credit.)
5.  If you are looking to purchase a home right away you don't have to wait there are many great
     homes available that you can purchase with OWNER FINANCING TERMS.
     (Most Sellers  want  to  see you are serious and are commited about going to
     to loan; we give the Sellers that assurance)
6.  You must be commited to making the transaction a success.  And you will be a success.
7.  If your problem is documenting income we guide through the proper steps in documenting 
     income so you can obtain a loan.
8.  Downpayment issues, if you are purchasing a home,  With a little downpayment to get into
     a home we teach you how to document and build up sweat equity, and rent credits.
     (Some Sellers offer full rent credit, however that does not work with a lender) Rent credit must
     be documented properly.
9.  If you are looking to refinance a home or investment property, we use the same process, and
     with a written preapproval and a set of guidelines to follow to successfully obtain a loan.
